High Street Optical is a full-service optical office, offering eye exams, contact lenses, glasses, sunglasses, a large selection of frames from budget to designer styles, and eyeglass repair. We offer routine eye exams, prompt eye emergency care, pre- and post-surgical care for laser eye surgery and cataract surgery, and co-management of diseases, such as macular degeneration and glaucoma. We co-manage laser and other surgeries and conditions with Kremer Eye Centers, Moore Eye Institute and Eye Consultants of PA. We diagnose and screen for diabetic eye disease in diabetics and hypertensive eye disease in patients with high blood pressure.
We offer contact lenses for everyone, from the average teenager to the new bifocal wearer. We carry many brands of sunglasses, such as Coach and Armani. We carry frames for every budget, from economy frames to designer names, such as Armani, Versace, D&G, Tory Burch, Polo, Ralph Lauren, BCBG and many more. We also offer a wide variety of safety eyewear!
Eyeglasses are repaired on premises, when repairable. Glasses are cheerfully adjusted whenever you need. We are not responsible for any breakage during repair or adjustment as we have no way of knowing the age of or previous damages to your glasses before we adjust or repair them.

If you have any questions about your insurance policy or whether it is accepted, please contact us.
Note: If we accept your secondary but not your primary insurance, we cannot see you unless you pay up front and bill your own insurance for what they may reimburse. No doctor’s office bills insurances they do not participate with, especially HMO plans which would never pay any out-of-network doctor, nor process any claim from any out-of-network doctor.
